A donation project started with the wish to spread a chain of happiness and smiles around the world.
Relief for the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake
To save as many lives as possible; to have as many people as possible receive the supplies they need; to return to a normal life where we can live with peace of mind as soon as possible.
Q-pot., together with all of you, we hope to be able to help those affected by the disaster. Let's wear the Melty Peace Chocolate Band, express our thoughts to the victims of the Noto Peninsula Earthquake, and join together to support their recovery as soon as possible with one heart!
Melty Peace Chocolate Band
The design of pieces of chocolate represents the meaning of Peace(=Piece). Even the power of each individual may be small, it can become a great power if we are together, and we can warm the hearts of those who have been closed off due to deep sadness and despair, and heal the hearts of all those affected by the disaster even if just a little. The Melty Peace Chocolate Band was born from such thoughts.
The message "Heart with Noto" on the back of the band is a message of wish for coming together so that the victims of the disaster can return to their daily lives full of calm and smiles as soon as possible.
Since that we are unable to go to disaster-stricken areas and provide direct support now, and we believe that there are various ways of support available, but if you agree with our project, we would appreciate your support. We would like to express our deepest sympathies to those who lost their lives in the Noto Peninsula Earthquake and pray for those affected.

About Donation
Excluding the costs associated with manufacturing, sales fees, transportation supplies, and consumption tax, we have donated the following amount, which includes all profits from sales up to June 30, 2024, as well as the expected profits from production scheduled for sale after July 1, 2024, along with a contribution from Gramme Co. (Q-pot.)

How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee is estimated by the weight of your order and it will be charge at the check out step. You can estimate the shipping fee in cart page too. FREE SHIPPING on orders over JPY25,000.
Will there be customs and duty?
There might be customs and duty happens when the parcel is in your country and the amount is according to your country's law. Make sure you understand the risk before placing orders. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that Q-pot. does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be.If you do not pay it, then it will be returned to Japan, and please note that we do not accept any cancel or refund on cutsomers' own convenience. We will keep your pacrcel until you pay the shippng fee again.
When can I expect my order?
We ship from Japan within 5 business days, counted from the next day of order placed and base on Japanese calender.
- Asia : 3-5 business days after shipped out.
- Rest of the world: 5-10 business days after shipped out.
*Please note that we cannot promise your package will arrive by a certain date. Sometimes packages are held up in customs for seemingly no reason, and transit times can vary greatly from country to country.
Do you accept cancel, returns or refunds?
We do not accept cancel, returns, refunds or exchanges. Please check your order carefully before placing. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
What is rewards program?
