Each item is handmade in Japan in very limited quantities to ensure quality. Please check sizing and color carefully prior to ordering. Due to the limited quantity of each product we are unable to accept returns, unless the product is damaged or defective at delivery, in this case, please contact us within 7 days when you received the package.
As a general rule, once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. However we reserve the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept a change / refund request or not. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
