We are extremely careful to produce the items, but there may be some individual differences because all items are handmade, so details and colors of the image might be different from ones of real products. Delivery
The price is not including customs. Please note that customs will happen when the parcel is in your country and it's on customers' burden.
We send order confirmation e-mail after you complete the order on the Website. We will do our best to forward items within 5 business days from the next day of order placed, base on Japanese calendar - we will provide tracking information as well. Pricing excludes tax / Free shipping on orders over JPY25,000.

Return Policies

Each item is handmade in Japan in very limited quantities to ensure quality. Please check sizing and color carefully before ordering. Due to the limited quantity of each product, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Refund Policies

As a general rule, once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. However we reserve the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept a change / refund request or not. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. 
In the case of a return or refund due to the customer's personal reasons, the refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs and any applicable handling fees.
