How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee is estimated by the weight of your order and it will be charge at the check out step. You can estimate the shipping fee in cart page too. FREE SHIPPING on orders over JPY25,000.
Will there be customs and duty?
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Make sure you understand the risk before placing orders. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that Q-pot. does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be. If you do not pay it, then it will be returned to Japan, and please note that we do not accept any cancel or refund on cutsomers' own convenience. We will keep your pacrcel until you pay the shippng fee again.
When can I expect my order?
We will dispatch from Japan within 5-7 business days, counted from the next day of order placed and base on Japanese calender.
- Asia : 3-5 business days once shipped
- Rest of the world: 5-10 business days once shipped
