▼Import Duties and Taxes

The order total excludes all import duties and taxes. Such fees may happen when the package is in your country and charged by the local carrier. All customs duties, taxes, and any related brokerage or handling fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient (the importer). 
Make sure you understand the risk before placing orders. Please note that Q-pot. does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be.

▼Shipping Methods and Price

All international shipping from Japan is shipped with EMS, Yamato or DHL, and delivery charges are listed at the link below.

・All orders can be tracked at the website.
・Dates required for the shipment may also be affected by the standard of each carrier and delivery situations of each countries.
・Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when the shipment reaches your country. Policies on those taxes vary in each country. Please contact the customs office at your country for more details.
・We consider the placement of your order as your confirmation and agreement on the shipping situation of each items.

▼Delivery

We send order confirmation e-mail after you complete the order on the Website. We will do our best to forward items within 5 business days from the next day of order placed, base on Japanese calendar.
*Regarding long-term vacation period, please check out announcement for the delivery schedule.

▼Cancel & Return Policies

We do accept cancellation, returns or exchanges based on a customer’s personal preferences. Please check your order carefully before placing it.
If you are concerned about the size, please look at the description or feel free to ask us before your purchase.
Any products that are damaged after you receiving them are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Be assured that we will inspect and package the items carefully.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any loss, damages and troubles in transit.
