We have an important update regarding shipments to the European Union (EU). Please be advised that EU will implement a new customs regulation for low-value goods entering the EU, effective July 1, 2026.
1. What is Changing?
The previous customs duty exemption for shipments valued under €150 will be abolished. Starting July 1, a flat-rate customs duty of €3 will be applied per product category (HS code) for all shipments under €150.
Please note that this €3 fee is charged per product category, not per parcel. If your parcel contains multiple different types of items, a €3 duty may be applied to each category.
For shipments valued at €150 or above, standard customs duty rates will continue to apply as usual.
2. Import Taxes and Duties are NOT Included in Your Order Total
Please be aware that the total amount paid at checkout on our website DOES NOT include any Customs Duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), or local carrier handling fees.
All applicable taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid locally upon delivery or during customs clearance in your country.
