<Worldwide Shipping>
We ship worldwide within 5 business days!

- Asia : 3-5 business days after shipped out.
- Rest of the world: 5-10 business days days after shipped out.

We ship all orders from Japan, so please bear this in mind when ordering internationally. Every purchase is sent with a tracking.


Unfortunately, we cannot promise your package will arrive by a certain date. Sometimes packages are held up in customs for seemingly no reason, and transit times can vary greatly from country to country.

Your payment is 100% secure!

The means of payment available on our site are:
- Online payment by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Online payment by Paypal, Apple Pay Google Pay, Shop Pay, Ali Pay

For orders the prices are shown without VAT, after validation of the country of destination. Be careful, these can sometimes be taxed upon arrival in the destination country. The costs and formalities will be borne by the recipient.


<Shipped Tracking>
Every purchase is sent with a tracking. Once your order is sent, you will automatically receive a mail with a link to follow it. Just put your "tracking number" to see where is your order at each forwarder's trucking service page.

<Returns and Refunds>
We don't accept customer requests for returns or exchanges.

But, if you have any other problem with your order, please email us at contact@Q-pot.jp within 5 days of receiving your order.

If your item is somehow damaged in transit, please contact contact@Q-pot.jp so we can find a solution. Customer must provide an image of the damaged item before returns and refunds are made.

Every order is deliciously wrapped with Q-pot. original box, vinyl bag, unique case etc... for each items.

Plus you can add a little ribbon if you like, please check "gift wrapping" option box!

*We use "shrink wrapping" for all packages for avoid to get damage.

• I entered a wrong shipping address, what should I do?
When entering your shipping address, please always take care to double check all (code, building, unit, apartment number, floors…).

If you have incorrectly entered your address and not yet received a shipping confirmation from us, please contact us ASAP.

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do until (and if) your order gets returned to us. Sorry!

• Do you take custom orders ?
We have some "order jewelry collection". But sorry we don’t for others.

• If I'm in Tokyo area, can I swing by to pick up my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to collect orders from our shop or office.

• I like one of your creations but I can’t find it, will you restock it?
Most of our collections are limited edition and some sell out quickly. For some collection we do re-order if something is very popular.

You can left your email on the product's page, you will receive a message when the item will be back in stock.
