We have an important update regarding shipments to the United States. Due to a new tariff policy by the U.S. government, an import tax of approximately 15% will now be applied to all orders.
To ensure your shopping experience remains as smooth as freshly whipped cream, we are making the following adjustments:
Tariff: Please note that this tax is not included in our item prices. You may be asked to pay an additional fee upon delivery.
Shipping: Japan Post (JP Post) has temporarily suspended shipments to the U.S. For the time being, we will be using only Yamato Transport and DHL to deliver your purchase safely to you.
We will continue to do our best to deliver our creations to all our dear guests. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this government-imposed change may cause and ask for your kind understanding.
