We are extremely careful to produce the items, but there may be some individual differences because all items are handmade, so details and colors of the image might be different from ones of real products. There is the case that we may not judge as the defective. Thank you for your kind understanding.

All international shipping from Japan is shipped with EMS , Yamato or DHL, and delivery charges are listed at the link below.

another shipping service "UPS worldwide express saver" that is including insurance is available to choose as option.

We send order confirmation e-mail after you complete the order on the Website. We will do our best to forward items within 5 business days from the next day of order placed, base on Japanese calendar - we will provide tracking information as well. Pricing excludes tax / Free SHIPPING on orders over JPY20,000.

Each item is handmade in Japan in very limited quantities to ensure quality. Please check sizing and color carefully prior to ordering. Due to the limited quantity of each product we are unable to accept returns, unless the product is damaged or defective at delivery, in this case, please contact us within 7 days when you received the package.

As a general rule, once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. However we reserve the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept a change / refund request or not. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
